Truvada 200mg/245mg contains 200mg Emtricitabine and 245mg of tenofovir disoproxil which is equal to 300mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate OR 136mg tenofovir.
Each “piece” of the tenofovir molecule has a weight that makes up the total weight of 300mg.
That is:
300mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate = 245mg of tenofovir disoproxil = 136mg tenofovir
